Ordering
By placing an order through our website, by phone, or in our showroom, you're agreeing to these terms. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is unexpectedly out of stock.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but in the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order for online purchases. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash or bank transfer in our showroom.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. A delivery and collection charge of £85 to £150 applies to change-of-mind returns. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Product accuracy
We make every effort to represent our products accurately, including dimensions, materials, and photography. Minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to natural material variation or screen display differences.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. For all other losses, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
