Delivery areas and cost
Free delivery across Lancashire and the North West on all orders. For addresses elsewhere in the UK, typically £85 to £150 depending on distance and access. Please call us to quote before any payment on 07841328504.
Delivery times
In-stock sofas: usually delivered within 7 days. Made-to-order or bespoke fabric options: typically 3 to 4 weeks. Please contact us before any payment to confirm the delivery date.
On the day
Our delivery team will bring your sofa to your door, take it to your room of choice, unpack it, and remove the packaging. Please make sure clear access is available, we recommend checking doorway and stairwell measurements against the product dimensions before your delivery date.
Old sofa removal
We offer old sofa removal for £100, added at checkout, collected on the same visit as your delivery.
Access issues
If a sofa cannot be delivered due to access problems that could reasonably have been checked beforehand (doorways, stairwells, lift size), we'll work with you to find a solution. If it isn't possible to deliver, see our Refund Policy for how this is handled.
Showroom collection
Collection from our Blackburn showroom is available at no charge. Please call 07841328504 to arrange a collection time.
Returns and collection charges
If you return a sofa because you've changed your mind, a delivery and collection charge of £85 to £150 applies, depending on your location. See our Refund Policy for full details.
