Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, respond to enquiries and provide customer support, meet our legal and accounting obligations, send you order updates, and, with your consent, send occasional newsletter updates about new products and offers.
Who we share it with
Delivery partners, to get your order to you. Payment processors, to handle secure payment. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep order and customer data for as long as necessary to fulfil legal, accounting, and warranty obligations (typically up to 10 years for guarantee claims), after which it is securely deleted.
